Credit Account & Store Purchases

This section applies where you purchase goods as a Credit Account customer (regardless of whether your purchase at our premises or online) or where you purchase goods at our premises as a consumer.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of the supplied date. During this period you may return your purchase to us at your own cost for any reason for a refund as long as the goods are still unused, complete, unopened and in good condition.

Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the goods to you in error or the goods are faulty. Unless we have delivered the goods to you in error or the goods are faulty, you will only receive a refund of the price of goods returned.

A restocking charge maybe applicable and will be confirmed at time of return request.

If goods purchased in store are faulty or damaged we'll be pleased to give you a full refund or exchange if you tell us about a problem within 30 days of delivery.


A refund will be issued as soon as possible and within 14 days.


How to return

Return the goods to your local branch.

Let us know by email, post or telephone of the goods you wish to return or cancel quoting your name and order reference and proof of purchase.

Bespoke goods or Special orders

We will not accept returns or cancellations for bespoke or special order goods unless they are faulty or damaged. Some special order goods may be cancelled or returned subject to the prior agreement of the manufacturer, however there may be a re-stocking fee or charge for this. If goods are deemed special order or bespoke you will be notified before payment is taken.

Some goods may be deemed perishable and non-returnable. These products are flagged non-returnable or your order.
